Vice President of Operations (Manufacturing)

For one of our international clients, we are looking for an experienced Vice President of Operations (Manufacturing). 
Your new companyYou will be joining a global leader in manufacturing, known for our cutting-edge technology and commitment to excellence, operating in over 60 countries across the globe.
You will play a key role in: 

• Strategic Leadership:  Responsible for European business strategies (4 locations), oversee regional operations, and guide key transformation initiatives.
• Talent Development: Build and develop operational talent, including succession planning.
• Manufacturing Excellence: Optimize manufacturing footprint, enhance quality, and streamline supply chain processes.
• Financial Impact: Drive strong financial performance across facilities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with commercial teams, customers, and stakeholders.
• Executive Role: As a key leader, contribute to the European Leadership team.

What you39ll need to succeed

• More than 10 years of experience in the manufacturing / medical devices industry 
• Minimum 10 years’ experience leading/supervising people
• Multi-team management experience
