Obowiązki

• Oversee research and resolution of discrepancies between clients and brokers data and/or,
• Manage the front-to-end processes of all cash payment related to derivatives or FX settlement and supervise cash and/or trades and/or position reconciliation,
• Act as main contact point for escalations, client related queries and internal/external communications with senior management,
• Lead complex onboarding projects following all governance standards,
• Lead change and improvement through comprehensive understanding of the client’s business needs,
• Involved and lead meetings/calls with senior members internally and with clients
• Ensure delivery of high quality and timely output by adhering to procedures and policies.

Wymagania

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, science or similar with 8+ years of relevant experience with derivatives and/or FX,
• 2+ years of experiencing managing a team 
• Experience in process management is an asset,
• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong practical and theoretical derivatives knowledge (listed and/or OTC) and/or FX market and/or reconciliation,
• Excellent ability to multi-task, work to deadlines and accommodate varying levels of volume and priorities,
• Possess strong analytical and communication skills and be able to work independently,
• Excellent problem solver with sound prioritization & time management skills,
• Proven leadership skills with focus on change management,
