Vendor Master Data Specialist (f/m/x)

What would be your key responsibilities?
Act as a central point of contact in MCS for queries related to commercial processes. Depending on the area these are: Vendor Master data Management (Creation, Block Unblock, Changes …), Reporting (VMD, Data related to spend and supplier, reporting activities in CVT area)
Work to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the existing systems, processes & documentation (within the team as well as across Teams)
Provide support to Buyers & requisitioners, other MGS departments and stakeholders
Work efficiently with a wide range of internal and external clients
Support Senior Specialists, Team Coordinators & Line Managers in operational scope and projects – when requested
Drive commercial processes and take part in team/cross-team projects within operational area
Serve as Subject Matter Expert in the area of responsibility
Track metrics and KPIs as defined in Commercial Service Catalogue
Provide compliance to commercial governance process in the areas of responsibility
Be engaged in additional activities such as Health Wellbeing, volunteering initiatives
What are we looking for?
University degree preferred in: Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Economics, International Business and Procurement.
Professional experience: at least 1 year of working experience in similar position, procurement, supply chain, logistics, finance departments.
Good knowledge and understanding of core commercial/procurement competencies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent planning and organizational skills; ability to organise workload.
Fluent English
