responsibilities :
Deliver exceptional vendor financial management support within the dedicated platform, ensuring seamless processes.
Build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders including Technical Teams, Finance, Operations Managers, COO, Procurement, and Cost Management.
Maintain reports and MI to facilitate planning processes for vendor contracts and renewals.
Create dashboards and reports for critical financial metrics and processes.
Produce regular management reports and provide ad-hoc analysis and insights on vendor management.
Support global contract cost allocations, rate setting, and development of business cases.
Update forecasts, manage budgets, funding, and workforce requirements effectively.
requirements-expected :
At least 3 years of experience in Vendor Management, ideally within a large, global financial services organization.
Strong proficiency in English, capable of communicating at a business level across diverse teams.
Solid understanding of financial and commercial aspects of vendor management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
Innovative mindset to challenge conventional approaches and foster new ways of working in a dynamic environment.
Well-organized with the ability to handle a large volume of tasks efficiently.
Experience working within complex matrix environments.
Knowledge of external factors such as regulatory, political, competitive, and market influences.
