  • We are looking for a Vendor Management Analyst to join our global technology team. This role is part of the Vendor Management function, which ensures consistent and structured management of technology vendors throughout their lifecycle – from selection to renewal or exit – maximizing value, addressing risk, and aligning performance with business goals.
  • You will support end-to-end vendor financial management activities across a significant cost base, including planning for vendor contracts and renewals, facilitating approvals, overseeing purchase orders, and providing management reporting and insights.

responsibilities :


  • Deliver exceptional service by supporting the end-to-end vendor financial management process
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders: Technical Teams, Finance, Operations Managers, Procurement, and Cost Management
  • Maintain reports and MI to facilitate planning for vendor contracts and renewals
  • Create dashboards and reports for critical financial processes
  • Produce regular management reporting and ad-hoc analysis for vendor management
  • Support global contract cost allocations, rate setting, and business cases
  • Update forecasts and manage budget/funding and workforce requirements
