We are looking for a Vendor Management Analyst to join our global technology team. This role is part of the Vendor Management function, which ensures consistent and structured management of technology vendors throughout their lifecycle – from selection to renewal or exit – maximizing value, addressing risk, and aligning performance with business goals.
You will support end-to-end vendor financial management activities across a significant cost base, including planning for vendor contracts and renewals, facilitating approvals, overseeing purchase orders, and providing management reporting and insights.

responsibilities :
Deliver exceptional service by supporting the end-to-end vendor financial management process
Build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders: Technical Teams, Finance, Operations Managers, Procurement, and Cost Management
Maintain reports and MI to facilitate planning for vendor contracts and renewals
Create dashboards and reports for critical financial processes
Produce regular management reporting and ad-hoc analysis for vendor management
Support global contract cost allocations, rate setting, and business cases
Update forecasts and manage budget/funding and workforce requirements
