responsibilities :
Tracking and facilitating Third Party Engagement Managers’ tasks in Archer
Coordinating Quarterly Performance Reviews with strategic vendors
Managing the end-to-end Contract Management Process for software and hardware engagements
Developing and maintaining a comprehensive tracking system for mandatory training
Planning and tracking furloughs for the external staff population
Managing and tracking travel and entertainment costs
Supporting and tracking global recruitment activities
Assisting in the refinement of operational procedures and workflows
requirements-expected :
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
Degree from an accredited University or College in computer science, information sciences, engineering, information technology, or allied subject
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences
Ability to build and maintain global relationships effectively
Strong understanding and knowledge of common industry cyber security frameworks, standards, and methodologies, including OWASP, ISO2700x series, PCI DSS, GLBA, EU data security and privacy acts, FFIEC guidelines, CIS and NIST standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with knowledge of PowerBI or Confluence as a plus
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Self-motivation, a high sense of urgency, and personal integrity
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and global financial services business models
Experience defining and refining operational procedures, workflows, and processes
