Veeva Vault CRM Configuration Specialist

The Veeva Platform within Bayer’s IT Technology and Engineering function enables our Business Functions to gain competitive advantage through advanced process and data integration and ultimately helps patients through Bayers products.

Our contribution is the provisioning and maintenance of state-of-the-art IT platforms and architecture based on deep business process and technology knowledge. To reach our objectives we collaborate with our colleagues in the Commercial (incl. Medical Affairs) and R&D (Research & Development) domains of Clinical Development & Operations, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Management in continuously improving and transforming our solution portfolio.

• University degree in science or information technology.
• Proven Veeva Vault Platform expertise, having at least the Vault Platform Associate Administrator credential within the last 3 years (initial or annual exam).
• Significant (1+ years) working experience with Veeva CRM and preferably also Vault CRM.
• You are a Certified Vault/Veeva CRM Administrator.
• Knowledge in Pharmaceutical business processes.
• Strong communication, presentation and decision‑making skills distinguish you.
• You have a passion to experiment and transfer innovative ideas into real solutions.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
