We are looking for experienced Business Analyst experienced with Veeva Vault, CRM.
responsibilities :
Collaborating with business stakeholders, particularly in regulatory affairs, to understand and document their needs for areas like submissions, registrations, and archives.
Performing minor configuration changes, assisting with system updates, and providing technical support for user issues, access problems, and data inconsistencies.
Working with business users to identify pain points and suggest improvements to processes, often using methodologies like Danaher Business Systems.
Participating in system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), and validating that new configurations meet the defined criteria.
Creating and maintaining support documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ticket logs.
Acting as a liaison between business units (like regulatory or quality) and technical teams, vendors, or Veeva support to resolve issues and ensure seamless processes.
Assisting with data mapping and migration activities during system implementation or consolidation projects.
requirements-expected :
3-5+ years of business analysis experience, preferably within the life sciences or regulatory affairs sectors.
Experience in Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM
Strong understanding of global product registration data and regulatory workflows is essential.
Experience with reporting tools like Veeva Reporting or Power BI is a plus.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills are critical.
Nice to have: Project Management experience
