In this role, you will be responsible for managing user accounts and system access in a highly regulated environment, ensuring compliance with GxP standards, and maintaining data security. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work flexible hours that overlap with U.S. time zones.

Your tasks

• Create accounts in Veeva RIM and add users to relevant groups
• Ensure appropriate access levels and protect sensitive data
• Monitor and manage change control processes in a GxP environment
• Analyze and assess the risks and impacts of planned system changes

Requirements:

• Practical knowledge of Veeva RIM
• Experience in administering Veeva RIM
• Familiarity with Veeva RIM structures, databases, and system objects
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent command of the English language
• Willingness to work during overlapping hours with the U.S.
