We are looking for an experienced Veeva Quality System Administrator to join a project for a client in the medical industry. This role focuses on managing and optimizing Veeva Quality applications (QMS and QDocs) to ensure compliance and operational excellence. The position is primarily remote, with mandatory quarterly visits to Warsaw.
responsibilities :
Configure, optimize, and manage the lifecycle of Veeva Quality applications, including workflows, security roles, and controlled document processes
Assess business requirements and design solutions aligned with best practices
Perform validated configuration changes, bulk data operations, and regression checks to maintain system integrity
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert-level support for escalated incidents
Conduct root-cause analysis and implement improvements to enhance system performance
Ensure compliance with industry standards and continuously improve user experience
requirements-expected :
At least 4 years of experience as an administrator for Veeva Quality Vault (QMS and QDocs)
Strong knowledge of configuration, workflows, and security management within Veeva systems
Ability to perform technical troubleshooting and resolve complex system issues
Familiarity with validated environments and compliance requirements
Excellent problem-solving, communication skills, and fluency in English
Willingness to travel to Warsaw once per quarter
Residing in Poland required
