Job Description

VB.NET Support Engineer & Application Developer

Location: Poland

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Proficient in Spanish & English with good communication skills with business users.
2. Technical skills required include, but are not limited to: VB.Net, SQL Server, ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC, Web API.
3. Quickly understand application knowledge and transition from current team members.
4. L2 and L3 support for incidents, service requests, and enhancements with strong technical and functional expertise.
5. Conduct root cause analysis for technical issues, analyze and troubleshoot problems, and propose best remediation strategies.
6. Interact with customers on reported issues and manage customer expectations.
7. Communicate with team members and third-party suppliers to ensure business needs are met, including ticket triage and management.
8. Identify operational improvements and report them to the Support lead/regional tower lead.
9. Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools from a support perspective.
10. Support testing activities by creating test data and executing test cases as required.
