What the day will look like

  1. Implement & oversee some key processes within the Value Enablement office: project approval gates, project baselining, go-live readiness, change control, demand management etc.
  2. Work with the Project Managers on quality reporting on the project progress (via PPO tool).
  3. Ensure relevant data flows to PowerBi dashboards.
  4. Work with the PowerBi developers on system changes and alignment to reporting tool.
  5. Work with key global stakeholders on implementation and execution of PMO processes.
  6. Create materials for trainings on Value Enablement Office governance & processes.
  7. Conduct the trainings with Project Managers where possible.
  8. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on portfolio management tool used for reporting (PPO).
  9. Build & maintain a knowledge hub for Project Managers.
  10. Create and run audits of the Reporting tool, execute on the findings.
  11. Conduct regular reviews of projects with project managers where data in the system requires cleaning.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  1. Good understanding of Project management methodologies – waterfall and agile.
  2. Previous experience as PMO Lead and/or similar.
  3. Experience in implementation and running PMO type of processes across a large group of Project managers.
  4. Good understanding of Powerbi capabilities.
  5. Bachelors degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
  6. A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
  7. A minimum of 7 years experience in the industry.
  8. Good written and verbal communication skills.
  9. Strong attention to details and technicalities.
  10. Excellent organizational and technical skills.
  11. Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
