We are looking for a Valuation Control Project Manager / Analyst to join the Product Control Valuation team. This role is critical in ensuring that financial instruments within the Global Markets business are appropriately valued and controlled in line with IFRS standards, Group policies, and best practices.
A key responsibility will be managing a strategic project to migrate an Equity desk to a new Primary Trading System (PTS). You will coordinate stakeholders across Product Control, Front Office, IT, and Operations to ensure a controlled transition, maintain valuation integrity, and deliver robust governance throughout the change.

responsibilities :
Manage the end-to-end migration project for an Equity desk to a new PTS, including planning, stakeholder alignment, delivery tracking, and risk management
Ensure valuation and control processes remain robust during migration, including impacts on data flows, pricing sources, and reporting
Supervise FVA (Fair Value Adjustment) and IPV (Independent Price Verification) calculations for multiple entities
Oversee preparation of PVA (Prudent Valuation) and FVL (Fair Value Levelling)
Implement and improve valuation methodologies and controls, including system migration changes
Deliver Management Information (MI) for global committees
Monitor valuation model restrictions and recommendations globally
Cooperate with Business Financial Control and Core Product Control to deliver a single view of P&L and Balance Sheet
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Product Control, Quantitative Analytics, Front Office, Market Risk, IT, and Operations
Reengineer and streamline processes to improve efficiency and service quality

University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering
Excellent understanding of financial instruments, valuation techniques, and FVA framework
Advanced Excel skills
Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with senior stakeholders

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
