Your responsibilities

Build / assemble specific validation test racks and associated equipment’s
Responsible for validation test setup and test execution
Utilize and maintain automated monitoring system to guarantee in specifications test execution as well as peripheral systems to operate Part under test (load racks, harnesses, chillers, HV racks...)
Follow equipment calibration and preventive / reactive maintenance programs as laboratory representative
Apply and keep up-to-date all safety guidelines
Responsible for test raw data
Be involved in continuous improvement and maintenance of the validation test equipment

Employer requirements

Technical college degree in Electrical/Electronic or in mechatronics
Engineering degree in Electrical/Electronic or in mechatronics would be an asset
Minimum 2 years of experience in testing, preferably in validation within the automotive or related industry
Fluency in English
Familiarity with test equipment: Climatic chamber, Digital Muli-Meter (DMM), Power Supply, oscilloscopes, generators, dynometer and etc.
Proven ability by professional experience to execute electrical rack cabling works
Proven knowledge in industrial Electrical standards
Experience with basic circuit design
Travel is required, at the initial stage for extended period of time. Then, up to 5% of the time
