• Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience, preferably in validation or design within automotive.
• At least 3 years of proven leadership experience in technical organizations.
• Strong project and team management skills, including budget and resource control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive team performance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (German or French is an advantage).
• Willingness to travel (initial extended periods, then up to 15%).
• Advantageous: laboratory management, power electronics knowledge, experience in automotive validation, programming skills (LabView, TestStand, C/C++), and Lean methodology.
