you ensure UX/UI initiatives align with broader business and digital strategy
you work closely with marketing, product, and business teams to integrate UX/UI into the overall roadmap
you ensure consistency in UX/UI across different digital touchpoints (web & mobile)
you analyze customer behavior, feedback, and pain points using tools like ContentSquare, Google Analytics, and user testing (AB testing)
you work closely with regional and local teams to align UX/UI needs
you provide guidance on best practices, methodologies, and design principles

requirements-expected :
you have 5+ years in UX research/design, with a strong portfolio in user-centered digital interfaces, ideally in financial services
you are proficient with UX tools (e.g., ContentSquare, Figma, Hotjar, Optimal Workshop)
you have experience synthesizing UX research, analytics, and customer insights
you have strong project management experience in Agile/Scrum
you have a proven track record of initiating and facilitating change
