We are looking for a talented UI Designer with good English language skills to join our team, where they will work on creating new systems as well as their maintenance and evaluation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with the development and business team

• ensuring the achievement of project goals

• maintaining documentation and instructions

• working with Back End and Front End developers

• designing solutions for users in the form of user flows, mockups, and prototypes

• analyzing user paths and behaviors

• conducting user needs research

• conducting stakeholder needs research - business vision

• conducting usability audits

• conducting project reconnaissance

• preparing marketing materials for online presentations as well as prints

Requirements:

•  2+ years of experience in designing CX/UX for B2C and B2B Journeys as well as Digital Products, Applications & Touchpoints. Please attach your professional portfolio showcasing those

•  Excellent graphic design skills and a keen eye for aesthetics.

•  Experience building and maintaining a style guide

•  Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards

•  Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

•  Ability to work with clients and as a part of a team

•  Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and other relevant design tools

•  Enthusiasm, motivation for self-development, and a positive attitude

Nice to have:

• Experience in User Research, Innovation, Remote Usability Tests, Analytics & Metrics, Heuristic Evaluations or Prototyping

•  Ability to define and estimate design workload, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives

•  Experience with agile development methodologies
