responsibilities :
Both UX and UI design works for complex, enterprise-level mobile and web applications, from the concept phase to final development-ready user flows
Ideating, exploring, and communicating design decisions and concepts through wireframes, sketches, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps, and high-fidelity mockups
Presenting and pitching design choices and ideas to stakeholders
Conducting and facilitating UX workshops with stakeholders, business owners, business analysts, developers to understand product requirements and translate them into final user flows (development-ready hi-fi mockups, interactive prototypes, etc)
Working with complex design system – building, maintaining and improving
Working with an advanced and highly experienced team including great UX Design Leads
requirements-expected :
3+ years of professional experience
Excellent both UX and UI skills. Proven experience of working within large, complex agile projects for enterprise organizations. The portfolio is a must
Fluent English (C1)
Strong verbal communication, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Must work well in a team-oriented, multi-culture environment (both Polish and English)
