We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of an innovative web application in the telecommunications industry. The project involves designing a desktop-based customer care dashboard that provides business intelligence analytics, interactive maps, KPIs, and customizable widgets.
As a UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with the product owner and development team to create visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces. Your role will focus primarily on UI design, incorporating critical feedback and exploring creative solutions to improve the user experience.
responsibilities :
Collaborate with the product owner and development team to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive interface designs.
Design visually appealing, functional, and responsive user interfaces for a widget-based dashboard architecture.
Participate in Agile development processes, including Kanban workflows and daily stand-up meetings.
Analyze feedback from a test user group to iterate and improve designs, ensuring they meet user needs and business goals.
Propose creative and effective solutions to improve the overall usability and aesthetics of the application.
Explore innovative design possibilities and provide domain expertise to enhance the product.
Potentially lead workshops with the test user group to gather insights for further refinement of the design.
requirements-expected :
Working Experience > 3 years.
Understanding product specifications and user psychology.
Conducting concept and usability testing and collecting feedback.
Creating personas through user research and data.
Defining the right interaction model and evaluating its success.
Developing wireframes and prototypes around the customers needs.
Finding creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability).
Communication of design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders.
Experience in Figma.
German language is a plus.
