• We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of an innovative web application in the telecommunications industry. The project involves designing a desktop-based customer care dashboard that provides business intelligence analytics, interactive maps, KPIs, and customizable widgets.
• As a UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with the product owner and development team to create visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces. Your role will focus primarily on UI design, incorporating critical feedback and exploring creative solutions to improve the user experience.

• Collaborate with the product owner and development team to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive interface designs.
• Design visually appealing, functional, and responsive user interfaces for a widget-based dashboard architecture.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including Kanban workflows and daily stand-up meetings.
• Analyze feedback from a test user group to iterate and improve designs, ensuring they meet user needs and business goals.
• Propose creative and effective solutions to improve the overall usability and aesthetics of the application.
• Explore innovative design possibilities and provide domain expertise to enhance the product.
• Potentially lead workshops with the test user group to gather insights for further refinement of the design.

• Working Experience > 3 years.
• Understanding product specifications and user psychology.
• Conducting concept and usability testing and collecting feedback.
• Creating personas through user research and data.
• Defining the right interaction model and evaluating its success.
• Developing wireframes and prototypes around the customers needs.
• Finding creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability).
• Communication of design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders.
• Experience in Figma.
• German language is a plus.
