They possess deep experience and understanding of UX design best practices including user research, information architecture, usability testing and accessibility. Strong visuals skills and proficient in creating responsive designs.
responsibilities :
UI/UX: Creates low to high fidelity wireframes, prototypes for enterprise level digital products and services.
Prototyping: Deeply proficient in Figma as a tool to aid in communicating design ideas, validating assumptions in order maximise UX.
Interaction Design: Proficient in micro-interactions, transitions, animations to improve user experience.
User Research: Uses data and feedback to improve UX/UI. Familiar with usability testing and methodology.
Design Best Practice: Contributes to the design community of practice including ways of working, design system components and design assets.
requirements-expected :
5+ years of progressive experience in UX or product design, with a strong focus on enterprise or complex software.
Ability to demonstrate strategic impact on large-scale, complex projects, with specific examples of successful incremental improvements on existing applications informed by research.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design rationale based on data.
Deep proficiency in visual design knowledge including layout principles, colour theory and typography.
Experienced in the incremental modernisation of legacy systems catering for internal users/colleagues advantageous.
Experiencing in creating design systems advantageous.
