• We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior/Mid UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to enhancing and evolving our modern AI-driven applications. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on complex, real-world AI systems — from AI voice assistants and AI agents to data-driven platforms and advanced configuration tools.
• You will work on tackling complex workflows, data-heavy systems, and AI-powered interactions. Your role will focus on transforming sophisticated technical concepts into intuitive, elegant, and scalable user experiences that deliver real business value.
• You will collaborate closely with engineers and product leadership to continuously refine and elevate an already existing application, ensuring clarity, usability, and design consistency across the platform.

• UX Optimization & Evolution: Enhance and refine the user experience of AI-driven applications, improving clarity, usability, and logical flow across complex systems.
• Complex Flow Simplification: Transform technically sophisticated processes (AI workflows, automation logic, configuration panels, multi-step systems) into simple, intuitive user journeys.
• UX/UI Design in Figma: Design wireframes, user flows, interaction models, high-fidelity UI screens, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• System Thinking & Scalability: Contribute to the development and refinement of scalable design systems and reusable components that support a growing AI-powered platform.
• Collaboration and Version Control: Work collaboratively with frontend and backend engineers to ensure smooth design implementation and consistency across the product.
• Continuous Improvement: Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability insights, and evolving product requirements, ensuring a consistently high-quality user experience.

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer (Mid or Senior level).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with complex web applications (SaaS or data-driven systems preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems, prototyping).
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience designing solutions for complex, configuration-heavy, or data-rich platforms.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical teams.
• Experience working on AI-powered or automation-based applications is a strong plus.
• Must be based in Poland or willing to relocate, as working from Poland is a requirement.
