• We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer with an engineering background to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of design expertise and technical acumen, ideal for someone who thrives in technical environments and has experience designing for complex, engineering-driven products. As a UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineers, product managers, and stakeholders—to create intuitive, efficient, and appealing user interfaces that enhance the user experience for technical applications.

• Application Design:
• Lead the design and creation of intuitive, clean, and user-friendly applications.
• Ensure a seamless and engaging user experience through innovative design solutions.
• User Research and Usability Testing:
• Conduct thorough user research to understand target audience behaviors, needs, and pain points.
• Plan and execute usability testing to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of digital products.
• Information Architecture and Interaction Design:
• Organize and structure information for easy navigation and accessibility.
• Create intuitive and seamless interactions between users and digital interfaces.
• Wireframing, Prototyping, and Visual Design:
• Design low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.
• Apply design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout, to create visually appealing interfaces.
• User Persona Development and User Journey Mapping:
• Develop detailed user personas based on research.
• Illustrate complete user experiences through effective user journey mapping.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and developers
• Collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams to ensure a unified approach to design.
• Empathy and Analytical Skills:
• Understand and empathize with users to design solutions that genuinely meet their needs.
• Analyze data and feedback from usability testing and user research to make informed design decisions.
• Prototyping Tools and Development Understanding:
• Utilize prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD proficiently.
• Collaborate effectively with developers, understanding the development lifecycle.
• Continuous Learning and Problem-Solving:
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new tools, and best practices.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to address complex design challenges in the technical domain.
• A/B Testing and Project Management:
• Implement and analyze A/B tests to optimize designs based on user behavior.
• Manage and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure the timely delivery of design projects.

• At least 5 yrs of experience as a UX/UI Professional with a focus on application design in technical domain
• Strong portfolio showcasing application designs, user journeys, and personas.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and other relevant design tools.
• Excellent graphic design skills and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with technical stakeholders, developers, engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to conduct design workshops and customer interviews to gather insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
