We are looking for a Senior UX Designer with a strong background in UX Strategy and Research core competence areas.

We expect the candidate to be ready to design, execute, and summarize research internally. One of the main focuses will be the usage of AI and users attitudes towards learning in that area.

The candidate should possess knowledge and experience in designing solutions in the learning domain. The ideal candidate should be proficient in various research methods, such as desk research, surveys, user research, usability testing, and ethnographic research.

They should have a high understanding of the application of these methods and the ability to combine them to achieve the most effective results. Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner. A basic understanding of psychology and human behavior for interpreting user actions and reactions is also a prerequisite.
