• We are looking for a UI/UX Designer (Mid) with 3 years of experience in building design systems. If you like to organize chaos, think systematically, and design scalable solutions – this is the role for you.
• We work with: JIRA, MS Teams, GitLab, Git, GitFlow.

• Building, developing, and maintaining design systems for web and mobile applications (components, styles, tokens, usage rules)
• Ensuring UI/UX consistency and scalability of design solutions across products
• Designing and developing interfaces based on the design system (new features, redesigns of existing systems)
• Analyzing business processes and existing solutions and standardizing them within the design system
• Designing interfaces that support sales, configuration, and offer preparation
• Designing in accordance with WCAG and digital accessibility principles (accessibility as part of the system)
• Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Conducting usability research and iterative improvement of products and system design
• Preparing UX/UI documentation, guidelines, and implementation artifacts
• Collaborating with IT teams, product managers, and business at every stage of the project

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design
• Portfolio showcasing the design process and work on existing systems or design systems
• Experience in redesigning digital products and analyzing existing solutions
• Knowledge of user-friendly design principles and systems thinking
• Knowledge of WCAG and accessible design principles
• Ability to conduct usability research
• Experience in preparing UX/UI documentation
• Knowledge of tools: Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to facilitate collaboration with developers
• Teamwork and communication skills with IT and business
• Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level
