Summary: The role focuses on providing senior UX/UI design is primarily aimed at enhancing service and product design through an end-to-end approach. The designer will be responsible for driving the design process independently while ensuring stakeholder alignment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire design process from discovery and research to final deliverables.

• Conduct user journey and process mapping.

• Lead design conceptualization and user evaluation tasks.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain communications.

• Participate in regular meetings such as dailies, planning sessions, and sprint ceremonies.

• Facilitate onsite workshops and working sessions.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Service/UX/UI designer.

• Proficiency in managing end-to-end design processes autonomously.

• Fluent in English.

• Ability to travel for onsite sessions and workshops.

• Compliance with DT policies regarding working location.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of German language.

• Experience with UX/UI Accessibility annotations.

• Familiarity with using AI tools in the design process.

• Type of Contract: Contracting, duration 3 month with regulary extensions

• Location : someone based in Europe (except Germany, Romania), remote
