Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher to cover a maternity leave for a short contract of 3 months. You will be working with the UX Research team, product managers, UX designers, UX writers, and customer service and marketing teams. You will bring a high degree of ownership, flexibility, and the ability to learn quickly to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

  • Advocate for end‑user needs, including customers, merchants, and staff.
  • Advocate for Design Thinking approaches within Tabby and facilitate workshops on hypothesis formulation, problem framing, solution ideation, prioritization, and co‑design research.
  • Run both agile and longitudinal research studies for concept and price testing.
  • Identify research opportunities that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience advocating for users’ needs and goals at all stages of product development, with a passion for sharing research findings, insights, and reports to stakeholders.
  • Experience with mixed methodology (quantitative and qualitative) and longitudinal research for product concept and price testing, in lab settings and/or users’ natural environments.
