Currently, for our client, we are looking for UX Researcher (Employee Experience) with German.



Project information:

• Location: Katowice - Remote
• Working hours: Full-time
• Languages: English & German
• Level: Mid - Senior
• Remuneration: 110 PLN/h

Responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on employee needs, behaviors, and workplace experiences
• Apply diverse research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability tests, field studies)
• Create and maintain Personas and Experience Level Agreements (XLAs)
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to define requirements and validate solutions
• Analyze feedback from multiple channels to identify pain points and opportunities
• Present research results and provide evidence-based recommendations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in UX or Employee Experience research
• Knowledge of research methods and UX tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
