As a UX Researcher, you will be responsible for applying a wide range of usability and field research methods while interacting with project teams and their targeted end-users. You’ll partner with designers, strategists, and program managers to develop and maintain excellent user experiences for our clients. UX Researchers uncover user behavior by investigating who users are and what users want/need. As an individual contributor, you’ll operate with limited direction and oversight to deliver compelling recommendations on-time and on-budget.
In this role, you will conduct user research through interviews and workshops to translate human behaviors into personas, user stories, service blueprints, and journey maps. You have a strong understanding of human-centered design (HCD) and design thinking principles. You may be required to help educate cross-functional teams about these methodologies through interactive workshops, coaching sessions, and written communication.

responsibilities :

Work with a cross-functional internal team to identify and evaluate research goals
Plan, recruit, and conduct research (primarily moderated concept testing)
Use appropriate analysis methods and translate data into actionable insights
Present findings and recommendations to appropriate teams
Work with the design team to ensure the concepts are appropriately prepared for testing and create the research readout deliverables

requirements-expected :

You are a strong collaborator, presenter, and a person who fosters confidence
Maintain in-depth knowledge and understanding of current research methodologies and data analysis techniques
You have experience with research specific tools such as UserTesting.com
This is not necessary, but is a bonus if you have a bachelor’s or MS in human behavior related field
You have a proactive and self-motivated mindset. You can work without supervision and direct, daily management, and you manage your time and workload effectively
You have a minimum of 5+ years of UX research-dedicated experience, especially experienced in concept testing
You are well-grounded in basics like usability best practices, heuristics, and cognitive biases
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean environment (meaning, minimal resources)
You must possess a legal work permit in Poland
