Are you passionate about understanding users and turning insights into product impact? We’re looking for a UX Research Lead to champion user-centricity across our product portfolio. This is a senior role within the design and product organization, ideal for someone who can combine deep research expertise with strategic leadership.
As our UX Research Lead, you’ll drive the UX research vision and operations, mentor a talented team, and collaborate closely with designers, product managers, analysts, and stakeholders. You’ll shape how we uncover user needs, influence product strategy, and cultivate a culture rooted in empathy and evidence.
responsibilities :
Lead UX research strategy across product lines, defining scalable and impactful research practices.
Manage and mentor a growing team of UX researchers, guiding their professional development.
Own the research budget, including vendor relationships, tooling, and internal initiatives.
Establish frameworks for research excellence—toolkits, templates, and ethical guidelines.
Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative studies (interviews, surveys, A/B tests, ethnography, usability testing).
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, analytics, and external agencies.
Synthesize and present findings through compelling storytelling to drive product decisions.
Champion a research culture, running workshops and advocating for user insight across teams.
Stay ahead of trends, integrating new methods and tools into our practice.
requirements-expected :
5+ years of UX research experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Excellent communication and storytelling ability, especially for senior stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with tools like Maze, Dovetail, UserTesting, Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Amplitude.
Proficient English (B2-C1); comfortable presenting complex insights clearly.
Familiarity with agile workflows and multicultural team settings.
Solid understanding of product discovery, accessibility, usability, and user-centered design.
