Your new company
You will join a new digital hub of a company with a global range, dedicated to creating innovative solutions in the agriculture and construction industry.
You will become a part of an international team responsible for the technical implementation of localisation processes and workflows to ensure the seamless adaptation of the company’s products to many markets.
Your new role
- Developing and maintaining localisation tools, scripts, and automated workflows to optimise processes.
- Collaborating with engineers and product teams to integrate localisation into digital platforms.
- Configuring and customising translation systems and localisation technologies.
- Conducting linguistic and functional testing to resolve issues related to language, encoding, and UI layout.
- Troubleshooting localisation issues in coordination with QA teams and external vendors.
- Managing translation production for web and digital content.
- Identifying and resolving linguistic and market-specific issues pre-launch.
- Creating and maintaining linguistic assets (TMs, glossaries, style guides, reference materials).
- Supporting and embodying company culture in daily activities.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Performing related duties or assisting in other areas as needed.
- Continuously learning, improving, and promoting the quality management system in line with ISO standards.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, UX Design, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience in localisation engineering or software development, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java, with experience in scripting and automation.
- Familiarity with localisation file formats and localisation standards.
- Experience with agile software development methodologies.
- Knowledge of internationalisation and localisation concepts, including Unicode, character encoding, and locale-specific formatting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
