UX design support for an internal platform with a particular focus on developing and maintaining an internal design system used in web applications.
Leading work on a component library and participating in a major visual and functional transformation of the design system, ensuring consistency and high quality across a wide range of tools.
Creating and maintaining advanced component libraries in Figma using variants, properties, and design tokens.
Co-creating a visual theming system that standardises styles and behaviours between older and newer components.
Providing guidance to design teams on the use and customisation of shared components.
Working closely with engineers and actively participating in cross-team discussions.
Working independently within the UX Platform team, with minimal supervision, as an expert responsible for system-level design.
requirements-expected :
Senior level experience (6–8 years in UX/UI design).
Very good knowledge of design systems – both in terms of their creation and maintenance (maintenance of existing design systems).
Ability to work with advanced component libraries (e.g. in Figma – variants, properties, design tokens).
Deep understanding of complex interaction patterns and component architecture.
Self-reliance and independence – ability to carry out design work with minimal supervision.
Experience in cross-departmental collaboration in large, complex organisations (UX, engineering, product management).
Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective discussion and advising of project teams.
Confidence in making decisions at the system level and responsibility for the consistency and quality of the solution.
