about-project :


  • We are seeking a talented UX designer with a passion for the aviation industry to join our team. As a UX designer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and user-centered digital experiences for products and services supporting pilot operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conduct user research, and translate insights into impactful design solutions. Your expertise will ensure a seamless user experience that meets industry standards and enhances customer satisfaction.

responsibilities :


  • Conduct user research to understand user needs and behavior in the aviation industry.
  • Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts and interactions.
  • Design intuitive user interfaces considering accessibility, usability, and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate User Experience Design into product development.
  • Develop and maintain a design system for consistent user experience across products.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure successful implementation of designs.
  • Advocate for user needs and goals throughout the design and development process.

requirements-expected :


  • BSc/MSc degree in design, human-computer interaction, or other relevant fields, or a combination of relevant education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Strong working knowledge of industry standard tools such as Figma, AdobeXD, Miro etc.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills as well as stakeholder negotiation skills.
  • Strong English skills (written and spoken).
  • High level of empathy towards customers and colleagues.
  • Readiness to work in a hybrid model - 2 days a week in the office in Gdańsk.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 10%).
