We are seeking a talented UX designer with a passion for the aviation industry to join our team. As a UX designer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and user-centered digital experiences for products and services supporting pilot operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conduct user research, and translate insights into impactful design solutions. Your expertise will ensure a seamless user experience that meets industry standards and enhances customer satisfaction.
responsibilities :
Conduct user research to understand user needs and behavior in the aviation industry.
Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts and interactions.
Design intuitive user interfaces considering accessibility, usability, and industry regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate User Experience Design into product development.
Develop and maintain a design system for consistent user experience across products.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure successful implementation of designs.
Advocate for user needs and goals throughout the design and development process.
requirements-expected :
BSc/MSc degree in design, human-computer interaction, or other relevant fields, or a combination of relevant education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Strong working knowledge of industry standard tools such as Figma, AdobeXD, Miro etc.
Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills as well as stakeholder negotiation skills.
Strong English skills (written and spoken).
High level of empathy towards customers and colleagues.
Readiness to work in a hybrid model - 2 days a week in the office in Gdańsk.
Willingness to travel (up to 10%).
