We’re looking for an ambitious and experienced Senior UX Designer who excels at crafting user-centered, visually engaging, and data-intensive applications. You’ll take ownership of the product’s UX/UI, working closely with users and cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and impactful experiences.

Requirements

Required:

• A solid portfolio showcasing your UX design process and resulting products.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with maintaining design systems.
• Experience with designing data-intensive applications or dashboards.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and research methods.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with user research techniques and usability testing.
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices.
• A passion for design trends and a drive to continually improve your skills.
• Ability to mentor team members and lead design discussions.
• Positive attitude, team player, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from user research and requirement gathering to prototyping and final design delivery.
• Collaborate with users to understand needs and translate them into actionable insights.
• Design information architecture, user workflows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Work with the development team to ensure flawless implementation of design concepts into the final product.
• Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across the product.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality digital assets and Figma design files for the frontend team.
