You will join the Virtual Data Center (VDC) team, responsible for the user experience of teams working across our 220+ Data Centers. You will design and conduct UX research for Capacity Planners using a custom application. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects involving 2D and 3D data visualization.

responsibilities :
User Research & Usability
Plan and conduct quantitative and qualitative user research projects
Select research methodologies, analyze results, and translate findings into design
Create user scenarios and stories, lead user research sessions
Prepare UX deliverables for focus groups and data collection
Information Architecture
Design information structures and navigation systems
Ensure navigational consistency across multiple applications
Organize and classify content to help users find and manage information
Interaction Design
Develop UX deliverables including task flows, IA diagrams, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
Design and deliver visual mockups, layouts, and specifications
Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper implementation
UX Strategy
Apply critical thinking to complex user problems, considering user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
Design and produce prototypes, present them during design reviews or usability sessions

requirements-expected :
Minimum 5 years of experience in UX design (mid/senior level)
Proven experience in end-to-end UX project delivery
Proficiency in prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
Knowledge of AI tools is a plus
Ability to work with enterprise-level data and cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
