Your new company 

specializes in delivering a robust Digital Experience Platform (DXP) designed to help B2B businesses undergo digital transformation. Their platform combines content management, e-commerce, personalization, and Product Information Management (PIM) to enhance digital presence and customer experiences. 

Your new role 

As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for researching, designing, innovating, and prototyping user experiences. You will work closely with designers, engineers, and project managers, taking the lead on projects from inception to completion. Your goal will be to achieve a perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality in all your designs. 

• Conduct UX Research: Plan, design, and execute research to understand user requirements, evaluate design concepts, and assess usability.
• Create Visuals: Develop detailed storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively convey design ideas.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with UX designers, visual designers, product managers, software engineers, and other team members to define and deliver design outputs.
• Identify and Solve Problems: Spot areas for improvement and devise creative solutions for the product.
• Facilitate Workshops: Organize and lead workshops to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.
• Communicate Design Choices: Clearly articulate design decisions and directions to various stakeholders.
• Advocate for Users: Champion the needs and perspectives of users within the organization.
• User-Centered Design: Apply a user-centered design approach to all projects.

What you39ll need to succeed 

• Experience: Over 3 years in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
• Tools: Proficient in Figma.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (coding skills not required).
• Presentation Skills: Ability to present both complex and simple design projects.
• Portfolio: A diverse and strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both UX and UI design.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and a habit of consistently checking the quality of work and deliverables.
• Communication: Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to understand and simplify complex business concepts.
• Visual Skills: Ability to view design from various perspectives.
• Software Knowledge: Familiarity with CMS, DXP, and web application software.

• Comfortable working in an international setting.
• High proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
