Informacje o stanowisku

✔Description: Will support in different projects and in running business/optimization of webshops. This is a temporary replacement for an internal FTE on maternity leave.

1 FTE (80-100% will also work)

Start: 01.03.2026 (earlier start might be possible)

Duratuion: 12 months with possible extension.

✔Role Context: Will work as a UX designer alongside the Web Owner and external developers, as well as in close cooperation with commercial managers, digital marketing, and sales experts in three different concepts. Collaboration with third-party performance marketing agencies is also part of the role.

✔Technology: CMS is based on Optimizely including commerce module.

✔Methodology: Bring competence and best practices to find improvements (functionality, look and feel, etc.) for the webshops. A/B testing is highly used to evaluate major changes. 


  • Experience from e-commerce/Direct to Consumer businesses.
  • Experience from webshop UX and conversion rate optimization.
  • Good at prioritization with solid functional expertise and confidence to implement suggested solutions.
  • Experience working in an international company with different geographic markets and brands.
  • Education level: BSc or MSc in marketing, UX or related subject.
  • Industry experience: Experience from multi-country e-commerce, ideally subscription businesses.
  • Language: English is the official business language. Knowledge of Scandinavian languages is a plus but not required.
