We are looking for an experienced UX professional to support the creation of digital solutions used in a large international environment. In this role, you will take the lead in shaping user‑oriented interfaces and ensuring consistency across complex platforms. You will work closely with various business and technical teams to deliver clear, accessible, and scalable experiences for internal and external users.
responsibilities :
Develop user journeys, structural layouts, detailed mockups, and interactive concepts
Guide the development and maintenance of a unified visual and interaction framework
Conduct research to identify expectations, behaviors, and challenges of end users
Analyze market trends to uncover opportunities for improvement
Work with internal stakeholders and technical experts to align requirements and designs
Simplify intricate operational processes into intuitive digital solutions
requirements-expected :
At least 7 years of experience in user experience design
Experience designing complex digital tools for large organizations
Ability to independently lead extensive UX initiatives from planning to delivery
Portfolio showcasing a structured design approach supported by research and data
Ability to work on-site several days per week in a hybrid model
Strong command of English in both written and spoken communication
Fluent Polish required
Residing in Poland required
