UX Design Researcher – pharmaceutical industry (f/m/x)

Expected

We are looking for a UX Design Researcher to support the organization on projects such as CockpitAI (pathology laboratory automation) and Prenatal Screening (prenatal risk calculation). In this role, you will lead the exploration of the problem and solution space, uncovering user needs, contexts, and behaviors to develop product strategy and implementation.

• Estimating and reviewing design effort
• Collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams on user stories and acceptance criteria
• Participating in CXSD rituals and using shared tools
• Creating clickable high-fidelity and low-fidelity mockups for usability research
• Leading workshops with customers to analyze business processes and product requirements
• Cooperating with the graphic designers and front-end developers - supervising vision implementation
