Your responsibilities

  1. Responding efficiently with compassion to users who reach out for help.
  2. Checking reported problems in accordance with the companys mission.
  3. Making sure we are providing the best user experience through growing issues and developing solutions.
  4. Effectively managing your time with strong ability to multi-task.

Our requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent diploma).
  2. Fluency in English (C1 level).
  3. Customer orientation – you’re obsessed with providing an outstanding experience for customers; you are patient and empathetic.
  4. Calm and well-organized – you feel great in a fast-paced environment; constant change gives you energy.
  5. Passion for e-commerce products.
  6. Extraordinary communication skills.
  7. Capability to keep a positive attitude and make rational decisions under pressure.
  8. Proven experience in call center and customer support.
  9. Perfect diction – you will speak about 40 words per minute.
