We are seeking a skilled UX Designer to join our Clients product design remote team.
This role involves researching, conceptualizing, and prototyping user experiences while ensuring seamless functionality and visual appeal. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and project managers, to drive projects from initial idea to final execution.
responsibilities :
Conduct user research to gather insights, test ideas, and improve usability.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual concepts to bring design ideas to life.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to define project goals and design solutions.
Analyze user needs and identify opportunities to enhance product experience.
Facilitate workshops to collect feedback and refine designs.
Present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
Ensure a user-centered approach is applied to all design processes.
requirements-expected :
Degree in Design, UX/UI, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in UX design with a portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
Expertise in Figma for designing and prototyping.
Basic familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (coding not required).
Experience working on both straightforward and complex design projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of CMS, DXP, and web applications.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and collaborate in an international setting.
