We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our Clients product development team. In this role, you’ll act as a key advocate for users — improving the usability, accessibility, and overall experience of our digital solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to transform complex problems into intuitive, engaging user experiences.
Your work will span the entire design lifecycle — from user research and ideation to prototyping, validation, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- User Research & Analysis: Conduct research to identify user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Create personas, journey maps, and empathy maps based on findings.
- Information Architecture & Interaction Design: Define user flows, navigation structures, and page layouts that promote clarity and ease of use.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop low- and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and test design concepts.
- Design Iteration & Validation: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and usability tests to refine and improve designs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and high-quality implementation.
- Accessibility & Standards: Apply accessibility principles and industry best practices to ensure inclusive, user-friendly experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design process and outcomes.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or Axure.
- Strong understanding of User‑Centered Design (UCD) principles.
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in an agile environment.
Preferred Skills
- Basic familiarity with front‑end technologies (React, Angular).
- Experience with UI testing frameworks (Cypress, Cucumber).
- Interest in AI‑assisted design tools and emerging UX technologies.
