Responsibilities

• Work in an international environment with global Clients.
• Independently manage projects and resources dealing with eCommerce and digital assets (eRetailer content, banners, newsletters, etc.).
• Manage data and project management concerning Usage Rights; negotiations of Usage Rights.
• Supervise all phases of project delivery; cooperate with internal production departments.
• Create new campaign Usage Rights in platforms/tools and collect data from Business Affairs, including agencies, transcreation agencies, and the sound department.
• Check the status of Usage Rights and manage/tracking talent and music rights across global client brands.
• Prepare project documentation (process mapping, RACI, communication rules, prerequisites, briefing templates, tools landscape and setup).
• Delegate tasks, brief appropriate teams, and verify task performance.
• Run projects using project management tools (JIRA, Teams, Smartsheet).
• Introduce solutions to optimize defined ways of working for a best-in-class approach.
• Risk management and efficient troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Experience in data and project management related to Usage Rights, Creative Production, Agency environments, or Sourcing.
• Experience in negotiations of Usage Rights.
• Practical knowledge of technical requirements and limitations.
• Experience in time scheduling, requirements analysis, and work with project management tools.
• Knowledge of agile project management methodologies.
• Experience with tools that improve team collaboration (Jira, Teams, SharePoint).
• Ability to organize work and build relationships and efficient communication with project stakeholders.
• Very good English language skills (required).
• Autonomy and independence in decision-making.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
