responsibilities :
Guide and mentor a team of Unity developers, QA, and technical artists;
Cooperate with various departments to discuss and define technical requirements for game mechanics and features;
Identify and eliminate bottlenecks by optimizing game performance and memory usage to ensure smooth gameplay across a variety of mobile devices;
Constantly learn about the latest Unity features, best practices, and industry trends, and promote continuous improvement within the development process;
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
requirements-expected :
At least 5 years of experience in Unity development and C# programming, including experience with scripting, textures, animation, GUI styles, and user session management;
At least 3 years of experience working on well-known mobile or AAA game titles;
Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring development teams;
Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies, especially Scrum;
Knowledge and experience in optimizing memory and space usage;
Knowledge of current design and architectural patterns and the ability and willingness to constantly learn about changing standards and technologies;
In-depth knowledge of network protocols and socket programming;
Strong understanding of OOP;
Proficiency in using Unity tools and plugins such as UniTask, Zenject, Timeline, async;
Ability to write clean, readable and maintainable code and convince your team to do the same;
Strong code review skills and the ability to guide and motivate your team effectively;
Excellent English language skills (min B2).
