We’re looking for a Product Coordinator who gets the product and keeps the work flowing.
You’ll make sure everything’s clear, tracked, and moving — from business input to shipped features. We offer a B2B contract with a competitive salary range of 9 000 - 13 000 net PLN (+ additional vacations & sick days), depending on your experience.We are working from our office in Warsaw, which provides the core environment for our work. You have the flexibility to work remotely twice a week .
Managing the backlog and day-to-day tasks in project management tools (e.g. Jira)
Coordinating with developers on task estimation, planning, and deliveryKeeping track of task progress, timelines, and dependencies
2-3 years of experience in a similar role (Product Coordinator / Project Assistant / Junior PM), ideally in tech or fintech environments
