Łódź based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month).

As a UniFlow Configuration Specialist , you will be working for our client, one of the leaders in online banking, dedicated to enhancing digital banking processes and improving customer experience. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing, optimizing, and configuring business processes on the BPMS – UniFlow platform. Additionally, you will take part in coding printouts using XSLT and XML, following Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices. Your contribution will be essential in maintaining high standards of process efficiency and automation.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design business processes on the BPMS – UniFlow platform
• Optimize existing workflows to enhance performance
• Configure system settings to meet project requirements
• Code printouts using XSLT and XML according to SDLC standards
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve issues
• Implement best practices to ensure system reliability and scalability
• Document process changes and configurations for future reference
• Test solutions to ensure proper functionality and performance

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Proficiency in at least one programming language
• Experience with BPMN and UML notations
• Knowledge of Ferryt, Camunda, or similar BPMS platforms
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Practical knowledge of CSS and HTML
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on optimization
• Creativity and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
• Good command of English for technical documentation

Nice to have:

• Experience in designing and implementing business processes on the BPM platform (banking, finance, IT consulting)
• Knowledge of BPM-class system architecture
• Proficiency in SQL query language and relational databases
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Splunk
• Willingness to continuously improve qualifications and acquire new knowledge
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving common goals
