Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing Unified Communications administration support including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, applications, and connectivity components.
- Provide technical support and advise on the use of programming tools, systems, and networks.
- Address availability and reliability issues on various systems (e.g., Microsoft Teams Voice, Cisco, Nice InContact Center) across multiple locations.
- Remediate daily incident tickets and ensure system compliance.
- Enhance system operations through testing, staging, and policy/procedure improvements.
- Coordinate customer contacts and provide operational recommendations.
