About the role:

Join our dynamic team as a UKG Consultant, where youll be working on exciting projects and continuously developing your skills through hands-on experience and online UKG courses. Our team, currently consisting of six consultants based in Wrocław, Katowice, and Poznań, is looking for a new member to help us deliver exceptional service to our clients. Initially, candidates are required to work from our offices more frequently, transitioning to around 1-2 days per week as they settle into the role. International travel may occur for global projects.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Engage in various projects, from initial configuration to final implementation
• Independently configure the UKG system based on gathered requirements
• Provide ongoing support to existing clients
• Prepare and conduct training sessions for users
• Collect and analyze client requirements for specific functionalities
• Acquire and expand your UKG expertise through project involvement and UKG online courses

What do you have to offer?

• 2-3 years of experience as a UKG Consultant
• English language knowledge at B2/C1 level
• Proficiency in UKG Timekeeper, Advance Scheduling, and Accruals. Knowledge of Bomie is a plus
• Completed 2-3 projects in a similar capacity
• Official UKG Consultant certification is required
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
