Key Responsibilities
- Providing technical support for UI/UX design using industry-standard tools and software.
- Creating and implementing user interface designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring a responsive and user-friendly experience.
- Coordinating with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.
- Providing technical support for front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Implementing UI/UX designs for web applications, ensuring responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Creating template, layout and format design for proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Designing and producing graphics including org charts, matrices, tables, maps, process diagrams, and infographics.
- Collaborating with sales, design, and project teams to integrate front-end features and functionality and user-centric design solutions.
- Following approved design and development methodologies and maintaining consistency with branding guidelines.
- Assisting less experienced team members in utilizing design and development technologies and tools.
- Proposing alternative design and development methods and best practices to enhance the user experience.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Web Development, Computer Science or a related field.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Solid experience of UI/UX design (preferred), including experience with tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Very good English language skills.
- Good knowledge of design principles and user experience best practices.
- Previous work experience in the Engineering industry will be an asset.
- (Optional) Experience using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, or Power Pages will be an asset.
- (Optional) Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Elementor, or Drupal will be an asset.
