We are looking for a skilled and motivated Middle UI/UX Designer with a strong foundation in design, ready to handle a mix of core and advanced tasks. ✏ If you’re excited about creating responsive designs, adapting interfaces across platforms, preparing assets for developers, and refining basic UX flows, we want to hear from you! You’ll be part of a creative team, continuously developing your expertise and contributing to complex design solutions.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Constantly challenge and enhance user experiences, flows, and interfaces using the latest technologies, expertise, and insights.
  • Design necessary workflows and solutions in alignment with the selected strategy, collaborating closely with the team.
  • Create mockups and final designs for new or updated product features.
  • Ideate and propose a range of potential solutions for future product development.
  • Deliver high-fidelity design outcomes that meet quality standards.
  • Participate in Product Team meetings: initially to understand the product thoroughly, and later to actively contribute to planning and development.
  • Analyze user feedback and case studies to refine and improve UX to align with business goals and user needs.


Key Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX, product, or graphic design with a strong portfolio.
  • Strong understanding of UX methods, tools, and processes.
  • Expertise in Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles for digital product development.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially with engineers and developers.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple design tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep knowledge of iOS and Android design guidelines.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) for close collaboration with English-speaking product owners.
  • Passion for typography, consistent grid systems, and attention to detail.


Nice To Have:

  • A degree or certification in Design, Digital Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience with prototyping tools like Figma’s prototyping feature, Principle, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in motion design and familiarity with tools like Rive will be a huge plus.
